Taking elements from an icy landscape, I have used a cold wax medium with the oil paint which allows me to build up textures and scratch into them to reveal the layers beneath.
It has been painted on a cradled wood panel which gives the painting surface stability and has a white wooden frame which is complete with D rings and cord. With frame it is 55 x 55cm
